Follow the instructions below to link your Painless1099 to your QuickBooks account.

1. Sign into Quickbooks 'Online Service Center.'

2. Click 'Account' from the menu.

3. Click 'Account Profile.'

4. Locate the 'Deposit Account Information' and click 'Edit.'

  • If you don't see 'edit,' click 'add a bank account.'

5. Follow the prompt to complete the setup.

  • Set up will require the use of your Painless1099 account and routing numbers. This info can be under account summary in your Painless1099 dashboard.
  • Note: Your Painless1099 account is a Savings account.
